Giulia Zavaglia

Executive production

Giulia Zavaglia holds a law degree and a Master's in European Planning and International Business (SIOI, Rome, 2014-2015). She worked primarily with European funds and grants, while simultaneously gaining experience in the production and coordination of cultural events. As a former dancer, she decided to combine her legal training with her artistic vocation, specializing in performing arts management through a Postgraduate Diploma in Production and Management of Shows and Festivals from the University of Barcelona (2022-2023). She has collaborated with various dance companies in executive production, distribution, and grant management. Since 2023, she has been part of the team at Cía. Mar Gómez, where she leads the company's grant management and oversees Sala Melmac, the company's residency and exhibition space. She combines this work with sustainability consulting for festivals and cultural organizations.
